Beginner Children’s Programs (ages 8-11)

This program focus on 30 minute core strengthening and motor skill improvement, followed by 20-30 minutes of light aerobic conditioning while watching TV or movies.

  • Available 3 month package
  • Available monthly package

Teenage Youth Programs (ages 12-18)

Training program targets a more advanced approach to aerobic and anaerobic training designed for teenagers. Two days focus on strength,
1 day on speed/agility training. Groups meet 3 days/week.
