Youth ProgramsPersonal training available for kids 8 yrs and up: see our Training page Beginner Children’s Programs (ages 8-11)This program focus on 30 minute core strengthening and motor skill improvement, followed by 20-30 minutes of light aerobic conditioning while watching TV or movies. Teenage Youth Programs (ages 12-18)Training program targets a more advanced approach to aerobic and anaerobic training designed for teenagers.

Results Fitness now has online programs available. Pageant contestants from Iowa, Nebraska and a model from New York have all taken advantage of this program. Also, Congratulations to Miss Oklahoma USA-Morgan Woolard (Results Client)just signed a modeling contract with Donald Trump.
