Brian Attebery, Owner/Trainer

Education:    B.S. from the University of Oklahoma

Certification:  National Fitness Professionals Association (NFPA)

Experience: 18 years

Title: Owner and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

Brian Attebery founded RESULTS Fitness and Nutrition Center in 2003.  During his career, he has consulted thousands of clients ranging from average people wanting to lose weight, to professional athletes trying to improve their athletic performance, Brian is a columnist for Edmond Life and Leisure and Brag Book Magazine and is a regular speaker on health and fitness for many schools and corporations, as well as a featured segment, “My Diet Starts on Monday,” airing on KJ103FM (102.7) .

He is responsible for the fitness and nutrition of four states in the Miss U.S.A. and Miss Teen U.S.A. system and has had many of his clients place in the finals at Miss U.S.A., Miss Teen U.S.A., and Miss America, including 19 preliminary Miss America swimsuit winners, the over-all winner of Miss America 2007, Miss America Outstanding Teen 2011 (Oklahoma's First Teen America), and Miss Teen U.S.A. 2001 and 2008. A competitive bodybuilder, Brian won the title of Mr. Oklahoma in 2001.

Brian is also involved in First Presbyterian Church of Edmond, where he is a consistent leader in the youth department.  Brian is and his wife, Jennifer, are parents of Cannon and Caris.


Chad McGaugh, Trainer/Manager

Education:    B.S. from the University of Central Oklahoma

Certification:  National Fitness Professionals Association (NFPA)

Experience: 5 years

Title: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Manager

Chad McGaugh came to RESULTS as a Certified Personal Trainer after graduating from UCO in 2006, after he had finished playing 4 years of baseball (2 years for Seminole Junior College and 2 years for UCO), and 3 years of football for the Bronchos.  Over the past five years, Chad has gained experience in training clients of all ages (8-80), fitness levels, and athletic levels. Using the experience he received in his years of competitive athletics, Chad has trained clients who have gone on to and are currently competing in Division 1 sports.

Chad is a regular attendee of LifeChurch.  He is the proud parent of 3 year old twin girls, Kendall and Kamryn.


Jeff Miller, Trainer

Education:    B.S. from the University of Oklahoma

Certification:  National Fitness Professionals Association (NFPA)

Experience: over 15 years

Title: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

Jeff Miller has been at RESULTS from the first year it opened, after already being in the Fitness Industry for 8 years.  Jeff not only has the experience of what it takes to be a power lifter, but he also brings the experience of competitive athletics as he was both a member the Texas Tech rugby team and the NWOSU rodeo team.  Jeff has developed the ability to work with people of ages (8-80) and various health situations, including diabetes, fibro-myalgia, and post-surgical rehab, as well as the ability to work with high school and college athletes competing in sports ranging from Ballet to Football.

Jeff is a regular member of Lifechurch.  He and his wife, Kendra, are parents of Makenzie, Jackson, and Halle.


Jimmy Shaw, Trainer

Education:    B.S. from Presbyterian College

Certification:  American Council on Exercise (ACE)

Experience: < 1 year*

Title: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

Jimmy Shaw came to RESULTS after studying for and passing the ACE personal trainer exam in November, 2010.  Prior to becoming a CPT, Jimmy played 5 seasons on the Hooters, Tight Lies, Tar Heel, and Adams professional golf tours throughout the Midwest, Southeast, South and Southwest.  His professional golf career was preceded by four years of collegiate golf.  He has studied in depth and has been trained in developing the strength and body movements necessary to have an effective and repeatable golf swing.  However, since Jimmy joined RESULTS, he has gained valuable experience in training clients of all ages (14-85) and fitness levels, including 2 Division I athletes.  Jimmy's experience in the fitness principles of flexibility, balance, and core strength which are necessary for golf and life. 

Jimmy is a regular member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where he attends services at The Vine.
