Butts and Guts offers a killer workout for exercisers targeting the lower body and the abs. This 60 min. workout assaults your glutes, legs, upper body, and abs. This fun, fast paced classes uses light weights and higher repetitions to focus on muscular endurance rather than strength. Carla changes up the tempo of each exercise so it’s never boring or tedious.Â

Want a challenging aerobic workout and a good sweat? Then Cardio Blast, which combines cardiovascular training and toning, is the class for you!
Cardio Blast is an exciting 60 minute workout that alternates high impact cardio with low impact moves to give you a superior total body workout. Cardio Blast is a great workout for all fitness levels. Come join us!!

Floor Pilates is a 60 minute class that keeps your body moving. The functional exercises are designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your coordination. A great class to get you through the middle of the week. Come join us and get recharged for the end of the week!
Moving back to Wednesday's from 5:00-6:00 pm on August 3rd
For kids ages 12-14, we introduce kids to the gym and all that goes with it. In this 3 month* class, kids will learn:
- How to use the lifting machines, cardio machines, and free weights- How to workout in groups- Proper technique when performing certain exercises - Proper etiquette when they are in the weight roomMonday-Wednesday-Friday 5:00-6:00 pm
For kids ages 8-11, we have a seperate class that provides a fun way to get involved in exercise, and also a great introduction to a gym setting. In this 3 month* class, kids will participate in age appropriate activities that will:
- Introduce them to the weight room- Improve Muscle Adaptation- Improve Muscle Strength- Improve Agility- And most importantly, have a great time doing it.Monday-Wednesday-Friday 5:00- 6:00 pm
