Fall Athletic Camp

3, 2, 1 Month Camps Available

What days and what times is the Fall Camp?

               Monday, Wednesday, Friday
   4:30-5:30 p.m.

What do the participants do in the Fall Camp?

                We use the time to work on strength and agility.  It is fast paced, since we only have an hour, and we will do a number of things that will combine lifting, endurance, and agility exercises.  What we train varies from day to day.  We teach the participants: 

If my child misses the first days/weeks, is he/she still able to participate?

                   Yes.  We have three (3) different options for participation.  The trainers, and the people who are assisting the trainers, are all capable of getting a new participant aclamated to the camp smoothly and efficiently.
