               We use the time to work on strength and agility. It is fast paced, since we only have an hour, and we will do a number of things that will combine lifting, endurance, and agility exercises. What we train varies from day to day. We teach the participants:Â
                  Yes. We have three (3) different options for participation. The trainers, and the people who are assisting the trainers, are all capable of getting a new participant aclamated to the camp smoothly and efficiently.
